Each account at Holiday Poker is protected by multi-layered security measures:

• Controlled access for players only
  Holiday Poker accounts may only be accessed with a unique account name and password. Each player is only allowed one (1) account. Please keep your password strictly confidential. If you lose your account name or password, a replacement will be issued upon request.
• Identity verification
  Players must register using their true and legal identity, and are required to provide their complete mailing address and contact information when creating an account at Holiday Poker. Registering with a false name or mailing address will cause the associated account to be subject to closure. Random identity checks and other security reviews are done regularly to protect the integrity of the system.

We take security very seriously at Holiday Poker. Our players, and therefore our online poker room, depend on our commitment to security. All communications between our client software running on client computers and our servers is encrypted.

The Holiday Poker payment processing center uses the highest levels of data encryption. Our payment processing center uses 128-bit encryption to ensure the highest level of privacy and confidentiality of your data both to and from the online poker room.

collusion

Collusion is a form of cheating in which two or more players signal their cards or otherwise form a cheating partnership to the detriment of the other players at the same table.

While on one hand it is easier to pass information between colluding players in online poker than it is in brick & mortar rooms, it is much more difficult to avoid eventual detection as we can review a complete history of all cards dealt at any time. No matter how sophisticated the collusion is, it must involve a play of a hand that would not be played that way without collusion. Our detection methods will catch unusual play patterns and warn the security personnel, who will then make a thorough manual investigation.

We will also investigate all players' reports of suspected collusion. If any player is found to be participating in any form of collusion his or her account may be permanently closed.
