Q - What is the minimum and maximum deposit amount?

A - The minimum deposit is $20, and the maximum deposit depends on your payment method you use. For more information, see Banking Level Advantages.

Q - How do I increase my credit limit or Banking Level?

A - We have four levels of Player Banking Levels, which decides how much you can add to your Holiday Poker account without further verification. The higher the level, the greater the advantages you get. The four tiers are as follows: New Players, VIP Players, VIP Gold Players and VIP Platinum Players. For details on what is required for each tier and the credit limits available to each, please see Banking Level Advantages.

Q - Why haven`t I received my Email Validation Code yet?

A - There are several reasons why you might not have received your email validation code:
1. You accidentally committed a typo when you filled in you filled in your email address while registering.
2. You are checking the wrong email account. Please check your other inboxes.
3. Your SPAM filters are on high. Please check your Junk/Bulk email folder to see if it arrived there.
4. Our service is temporarily down.

Please contact support immediately for assistance if you are unable to locate your email validation code. Make sure that you have your username in hand to expedite the process.

Q - Do you accept US players?

A - Due to recent U.S. government legislation, HolidayPoker.com no longer accepts any players from United States in Real Money mode. However, we welcome all players to continue to enjoy our games in Fun Money or Play for Fun mode. Please feel free to visit HolidayPoker.com and enjoy the fun!

Q - Are there any costs or fees for using the HolidayPoker.com Secure Cashier Page?

A - HolidayPoker.com does not charge transaction processing fees on deposits. However, some fees may be applied to you by your credit card company, bank or depending on how you want to send us money, or how you want to receive it. If you select a method in which there is a sending fee charged, you may have the fees deducted from your cashout depending on the method and amount. Players have the right to one free withdrawal every two weeks depending on your preferred depositing and withdrawing method, fees may apply. HolidayPoker.com reserves the right to charge a 10% processing fee in cases where accounts have little or no game activity registered. The definition of an active account is as follows: 100 raked hands in $0.50 tables or more.

Q - What currencies does the HolidayPoker.com Secure Cashier System use?

A - We process transactions in US Dollars Only. Any foreign currency will be converted into US Dollars by your bank at the bank`s standard conversion rates.

Q - How do I get an account statement of my financial transactions?

A - You may view your Financial Transaction History by logging into your HolidayPoker.com software, click on CASHIER, and click on TRANSACTIONS HISTORY.

Q - What payment methods do you accept for me to add money to my Holiday Poker account?

A - We accept many different payment methods including Credit Card, Neteller, ePassporte, Check, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, MoneyBookers and more. For a complete list of payment methods accepted, please see Real Money.

DEPOSITING QUESTIONS

Q - How do I add money to my Holiday Poker account?

A - Login to the Holiday Poker software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'. You will view a listing of all available depositing methods. Now, please click on the deposit option of your choice. In the next window, please type in the deposit amount along with any other login details necessary. Each method will vary in procedure, transfer time to us, and fees. For a list of acceptable payment methods, transfer times and fees, see Real Money.

Once we receive confirmation of the money being transferred to us, the amount will be deposited into your Holiday Poker account and reflected in your Holiday Poker account balance.

DEPOSIT METHODS

Neteller

Q - Is there anything that I should keep in mind when opening a Neteller Member account?

A - Important Note: To ensure your funds are properly credited to your HolidayPoker.com account, the name and email address on your Neteller Member account must match the personal information registered on your HolidayPoker.com account.

Q - How do I transfer funds in my Neteller account to My HolidayPoker.com Account?

A -
1. Login to the Holiday Poker software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'.
2. Once there, select Neteller from the Deposit Method options show.
3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, your Neteller Account ID and your Neteller Secure ID, then click SUBMIT.
4. As long as the funds are available in your Neteller account, Neteller will approve the request and the funds will be deposited immediately into your HolidayPoker.com account.

Q - How do I fund my Neteller account if I already have my bank account registered?

A - If you already have your bank account registered with Neteller, you will be able to transfer funds directly from your checking account to your Holiday Poker account using Neteller InstaCash:

1. Login to the Holiday Poker software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'.
2. Once there, select Neteller InstaCash from the Deposit Methods options shown.
3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, your MoneyBookers Account Description, then click SUBMIT.
4. Neteller will approve the request for Electronic Funds Transfer out of your bank account to Neteller and the funds will be deposited immediately into your HolidayPoker.com account.

Q - How do I fund my Neteller account if I have not registered a bank account with NETeller, and wish to use another method to fund my NETeller account?

A -
1. First make a Deposit at Neteller. You may select from the following funding options: Credit/Debit Card, instaCASH, EFTs, Bank Wires, Bank Deposits and cash.
2. Once you have funded your Neteller Member account, you may now fund your HolidayPoker.com account using your Neteller account.

Credit/Debit Cards

Q - How do I deposit using my Credit/Debit Card?

A - You may deposit using your Visa/MasterCard via secure encrypted online transactions. The online cashier is available to all members. All transactions in the cashier are credited instantly.

1. Login to the Holiday Poker software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'.
2. Once there, select 'Credit Card' from the Deposit Methods options shown.
3. Make sure that the account information visible from the Cashier is identical to that on your banking statement.
4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, your 16 digit code, expiration date and the last 3 digit on the back of your card (CCV, security code), then click SUBMIT.
5. Once approved, the funds are deposited immediately into your HolidayPoker.com account.

Q - I`m a new player. How much can I deposit?

A - All players start out at Green Player Banking Status:

Minimum: $20.00
Daily Maximum: $250

Weekly Maximum: $500
Monthly Maximum: $2000

You may increase your banking limits simply but Certifying your Account.

Q - What is your withdrawal policy when I have deposited using a credit card or debit card in the past?

A - Due to secure banking practices; we cannot reimburse your previous charges back to your credit cards. For this reason, you must fill out a Secure Banking Form in order to process your withdrawal.

Q - What is MoneyBookers?

A - Moneybooker is a safe, inexpensive and easy way to transfer funds to various online companies in a wide variety of currencies.

1. Login to the Holiday Poker software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'.
2. Once there, select MoneyBookers from the Deposit Method options show.
3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, your MoneyBookers Account Description, then click SUBMIT.
4. As long as the funds are available in your MoneyBookers account, your request will be approved and the funds will be deposited immediately into your HolidayPoker.com account.

ePassporte

Q - What is ePassporte?

A - You can fund your ePassporte account using your Visa card or bank account in order to make safe and anonymous purchases online.

Q - How do I transfer funds in my ePassporte account to my HolidayPoker.com account?

A -
1. Login to the Holiday Poker software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'.
2. Once there, select ePassporte from the Deposit Method options show.
3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, then click SUBMIT.
4. You will immediately either:
     - Prompt you to open an ePassporte account
     - Take you to you ePassporte account to transfer funds to your HolidayPoker.com account.
5. As long as you have previously funded your ePassporte account, your request will be approved and the funds will be deposited immediately into your HolidayPoker.com account.

Wire Transfers

Q - Could you tell me more about Wire Transfers?

A - Bank to bank wire transfer is a secure and reliable way to fund your Holiday Poker account. We will cover your sending fees. Contact support for sending instructions.

Q - How much are the minimums and maximums for depositing by wire transfer?

A -

  • Minimum per transaction: $500.00
  • Maximum per transaction: $10,000.00

Q - Can you wire my withdrawal directly to my bank?

A - Yes, we will be happy to bank wire your approved payout directly to your bank provided that you deposited in this method. The minimum withdrawal amount by wire transfer is $1000. The first transfer of the month is free, and all transfers in excess of $10,000 are free of charge. Otherwise, we charge you $40 for wire transfers.

Money Transfer

Q - Could you tell me more about depositing by cash?

A - Money Transfer is safe and anonymous way to deposit money into your Holiday Poker account. Contact support for sending instructions before each deposit. You may deposit by phone, online or in person. We will cover your sending fees.

  • Minimum per transaction: $100.00
  • Maximum per transaction: $900.00

Q - I have money in hand and want to deposit. How do I do this?

A - Contact support for instructions on how to deposit directly in cash.

WITHDRAWAL QUESTIONS

Q - How do I cash out from my Holiday Poker account?

A - To cash out, simply login to the HolidayPoker.com software, click on CASHIER and select 'WITHDRAW'. Enter the amount you want to cash out, the method of preference and then click 'Submit.' The amount cashed out will be paid to you in your method of preference, subject to the processing fees as listed at Real Money.

Upon completion of your request, we will email you a detailed confirmation of your approved withdrawal.

To cash out, click on the 'Cashier' button in the lobby and then on the 'Cash Out' button. You will be prompted for a cashout amount; please enter the amount and click 'Submit'. Next, choose the method by which you wish to receive your winnings.

Q - Are there any restrictions before I can cash out?

A - You must wait at least 48 hours from the time of your last deposit before cashing out money from your Holiday Poker account.
- If you have received any form of bonus funds (i.e. deposit match bonus, Holiday Poker points, etc..) you must first comply with all bonus rules before being eligible to submit a withdrawal.

Q - Is there any limit of times that I can withdraw per week?

A - You may submit a maximum of two withdrawals per week.

Q - Can I modify/cancel my cash out after I make it?

A - YES! You may request accounting to reverse a withdrawal request back into your account if it is still in "pending" very easily:

  • Log into your Holiday Poker Cashier.
  • Select 'Financial Reports' from the Menu.
  • Submit a 'Search' for recent activity.
  • Locate your requested Withdrawal Transaction from the list shown.
  • Click the 'Reverse' link.
  • Click 'Yes' when prompted to confirm.
  • The funds will be re-deposited into your Holiday Poker account and ready for more action!

Q - How long after I cash out will I receive my money?

A - The amount of time that it takes to receive a cash out will depend on the method that you choose with you submit a withdrawal request. For details on the various transfer times and fees associated with the different withdrawal options, please see Real Money.
