The amount of the rake depends on limit configuration you play.
If the flop is not dealt there will be no rake collected.
Fixed Limits
Games with limits of $0.02/$0.04 to $0.05/$0.10 will not be raked.
Games $0.25/$0.50 to $3/$6 will be raked as shown below:
